　　國際物流中的清關是指：進出口貨物或者是轉運貨物進出一國時，按照該國各項法律、法規辦理的通關手續。清關只有在履行各項義務，辦理海關申報、查驗、征稅、放行等手續后，貨物才能放行，貨主或申報人才能提貨。
