　　The People's Republic of China International Freight Forwarding Agency Regulations,Article 2:International freight forwarding agent,refers to the acceptance of import and export consignee,consignor's commission,in the name of the principal or in their own name,for the principal of the international transport of goods and related business and receive service remuneration industry.

　　幫助委托人進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸活動(dòng)的組織，具體內(nèi)容有：涉及運(yùn)輸路線，選擇運(yùn)輸方式和承運(yùn)人，協(xié)調(diào)貨主、承運(yùn)人以及其倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)保管人、保險(xiǎn)人、銀行、港口、機(jī)場(chǎng)、車站、堆場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)人、海關(guān)（商檢，衛(wèi)檢，動(dòng)植檢）、進(jìn)出口管制等相關(guān)部門的關(guān)系；

　　Helping the principal to organize transport activities,specifically:involving transport routes,choosing transport modes and carriers,coordinating the relationship between cargo owners,carriers and their storage custodians,insurers,banks,ports,airports,stations,yard operators,customs(commodity inspection,health inspection,animal and plant inspection),import and export control and other relevant departments.
